Created in 1996, the CRT label is attributed for a one-year period, and is tacitly renewable twice for research laboratories that have proven, by an external audit, their professionalism on three main points:
- Being able to work on contractual commitments
- Keeping deadlines, and costs reasonable
- Respecting confidentiality
