Equipment

Several installations for vacuum heat treatment and ion bombardment :

  •  2 industrial hardening furnace under high-pressure gaz up to 6 bar (temperature up to 1350°C, load up to 300 Kg) with a diffusion pump for a vacuum level up to 10 -6 mbar (laboratory dimensions : 600 x 500 x 400mm)
