New 3D measurement machine WERTH

CRITT-MDTS got a 3D measurement machine fitted with the last innovations. It have notably the following sensors:

  • Mechanical sensor for measurement by contact.
  • Special sensor dedicate for outline measurement.
  • Optical sensor for measurement by picture analyse.
  • Laser sensor for surface scanning.
  • Fibre sensor, 25 µm diameter, wich permit to measure bore until 0.1 millimeter

This set extremely complete of measurement means permit to do measure impossible to implement with traditional means. Notably, the optical measurement means permit us to measure soft materials or to go into dip bores.

We can realize a complete scanning of your pieces and reconstruct a CAD file from this scanning.

This measurement bench has a capacity of 1000 x 1000 x 600 mm (LxWxH). The measurement precision can, according with the sensor used, reach 2.5 µm on the totality of this volume.
