Services

This is a magnetical method allowing to control the physico-chemical characteristics (hardness, nuance) or to detecte volume indications (leakage,...)

Its principal is to produce induction of a variable magnetic field in a conductor room. The induced magnetic field will create a-whirl flows in the room, known as Eddy's flows. Those currents will then generate a magnetic field, opposed to the initial one, and thus modify the impedance of the sensor.

Applications
  • Shade, hardness sorting on ferromagnetic materials
  • Research of surface defects and underlying defects on ferrous and nonferrous alloy
  • Measure nonconducting coating substrate
Equipment
  •  Eddy current equipment low frequency type magnatest S3.625
  •  Eddy current equipment high frequency type EC8000
  •  Thickness measurement equipment type minitest 4100
  •  Automatic conveyance system
