Our lab is now equipped with an axial torsion bench with the following capacities:

• Force : 25 kN for force
• Torque : 200 Nm
• Linear displacement : 100 mm
• Angle displacement : +/- 140°

With this machine we can implement static and dynamic, tensile or compression tests coupled or not with torsion test.

Dynamic tests on mechanical element or sub-assembly :

•  Femoral stems, heads, inserts
•  Tibial trays
•  Corpectomy assembly

...and other endurence tests on implants, mechanical pieces or specimens.
